This page has been prepared to inform you about the cookies used on our website at http://www.erboplastik.com/. For detailed information on the processing of your personal data, please see our Privacy Notice (KVKK).
What is a cookie?
Cookies are small text files saved to your browser when you visit a website. They are used for purposes such as making the site work, keeping it secure or remembering visitor preferences.
Which cookies are used on our website?
Our website uses strictly necessary cookies and, only if you allow it, Google Analytics cookies:
- PHPSESSID (session cookie): Ensures that forms are submitted securely (protection against forged form submissions), prevents the same form from being submitted repeatedly, and keeps you signed in to the customer portal. It does not identify you, is not shared with other websites and is deleted when you close your browser.
- erbo_cerez (preference cookie): Remembers your cookie choice (accept/reject) for 6 months; strictly necessary, does not identify you.
- _ga and _ga_… (Google Analytics, only if you allow it): Used to count visits and page views for statistical purposes. Processed by Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC and stored for up to 2 years; not used if you reject or withdraw your consent.
Cookies we do not use
Our website does not use advertising, marketing or social media cookies; there is no Facebook Pixel or similar advertising tracker. Google Analytics only runs with your consent; its advertising and personalisation features are disabled.
Our fonts are loaded from our own server. The map is loaded from Google Maps only when you click the "Show map" button; in that case Google may use its own cookies and Google's privacy policy applies.
Explicit consent and cookie preferences
Since strictly necessary cookies are required to provide the service you request, they do not require explicit consent under the KVKK and the Personal Data Protection Authority's Guidelines on Cookie Practices. Google Analytics cookies, however, require your explicit consent: they are used only if you click "Accept" in the window shown on your first visit, and are not loaded at all if you click "Reject". You can change your choice or withdraw your consent at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of the page.
You can delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings. If you block the necessary cookie, the contact form and the customer portal may not work.
